Manual Lymphatic Drainage -  Vodder technique, is a specialized manual technique that moves fluid out of your body's interstitial tissue into lymph nodes where harmful microorganisms are destroyed.

It uses light pressure and rhythmic stokes to increase the lymph flow. 

 Lymphatic Drainage is a treatment that should be part of your lifestyle, depending on fluid retention, bloating, toxicity and discomfort you can make lymphatic drainage part of your healthy lifestyle.  When you do post operatives procedures you can have lymphatic drainage weekly, for example, or twice or tree times a week depending on the procedure and how swollen you are.

This treatment helps to flush out the retained liquids and toxins, aiding in general well-being.
