Cancellation Policy

We have reserved your appointment time just for you.

• We require at least 24-hours notice for any cancellation/rescheduling.


• Cancelling/Rescheduling within 24 hours or less of your appointment may incur in a fee of 50% of the total treatment rate unless we can rebook the slot. You can avoid this too, by sending someone to your appointment!
• No show/no notice: If you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, we will charge you 100% of the fee.

If you need to cancel your appointment especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request you please get in touch with us as soon as possible at 404-507-2701 anytime by Text or leaving a message to further support you and avoid cancellation penalties.

Late Arrivals

Please plan accordingly and be on time for your treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
