My work focuses on the area to relief and we can do a minimum of 1 hour but 90 mins would be preferable when is first time.

This clinical application of massage involves having huge knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy, muscle function, symptoms, and pathology.

This customized massage focuses on treating the area of pain and increasing range of motion with techniques such as *Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Active engagement techniques, Static release, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility. This therapeutic massage will help you relieve that chronic pain you have been feeling for a few weeks, months, or even years.

Neuromuscular Technique NMT

This is a specialized therapy that instantly relieves pain. It is thought to have the ability to "tricking" the brain into resetting the communication with the area of tension, allowing the folded muscle fibers to relax and straighten out. Neuromuscular Therapy is perfect for treating chronic muscle tension and pain. It treats conditions such as:

Myofascia Release MFR

MFR involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain, bring circulation and restore motion. Fascia is a connective tissue that encompasses the muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels, and organs of the body.


 Cupping therapy


A therapeutic cupping session focus on especific area of concern. May combine dynamic sports Cupping with traditional stationary or cupping massage.  During cupping therapy the cups are placed over several areas to create a vacuum which lifts the soft tissue and creates an upward stretch within the muscle and associated fascia. This vacuum lift helps to increase in blood flow and induces a stretch effect, which results in a reduction in muscle tension and associated pain.
The application of cups can be used to treat a variety of conditions such as:
